Stake Temple Recommend Interview

Temple recommend renewal interviews are held most Tuesdays from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. No appointment is necessary. If your schedule doesn't permit you to come in on Tuesday evening you can contact Brother Jason Kelsey at (801)419-9743 for an appointment. Please consult the "Stake Events" calendar in the Tools App or here as any adjustment to this schedule will be reflected there.

For living ordinance recommends; once you have met with your bishop and been issued a living ordinance temple recommend contact Brother Jason Kelsey at (801)419-9743. He will schedule you for a living ordinance temple recommend interview. Remember to bring the living ordinance temple recommend issued to you by your bishop (with the perforation in-tact).
