Temple Recommend Interviews

Temple recommend renewal interviews are held at two different times:

• Tuesdays from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the stake offices. No appointment is necessary. Please consult the "Stake Events" calendar in the Tools App or here as any adjustment to this schedule will be reflected there.

• Fast Sundays from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm at the Levan Building in the "Family History Room" (the room just north of the Levan 1st Ward Clerk's Office). No appointment is necessary.

If your scheduled doesn't permit you to make either reocurring opportunity, you can contact Brother Jason Kelsey (801)419-9743 for an appointment.

Once you have met with your bishop and been issued a living ordinance temple recommend contact Brother Jason Kelsey at (801)419-9743. He will schedule you for a living ordinance temple recommend interview. Remember to bring your current or expired temple recommend (if applicable) and the living ordinance temple recommend issued to you by your bishop (with the perforation in-tact).
