Temple Recommend Interviews

Temple recommend renewal interviews are held at two different times:

• Tuesdays from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the stake offices. Please utilize QR code below to schedule temple recommend renewal appointment. Live ordinance appointments should be scheduled through Brother Poulsen and not utilize the QR code. 

• Fast Sundays from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm at the Levan Building in the "Family History Room" (the room just north of the Levan 1st Ward Clerk's Office). No appointment is necessary.

If your scheduled doesn't permit you to make either reoccurring opportunity, you can contact Brother Chad Poulsen (801)319-1696 for an appointment.

Once you have met with your bishop and been issued a living ordinance temple recommend contact Brother Chad Poulsen (801)319-1696 . He will schedule you for a living ordinance temple recommend interview. Remember to bring your current or expired temple recommend (if applicable) and the living ordinance temple recommend issued to you by your bishop (with the perforation in-tact).

The temple presidency has asked that if members have appointments set and then are not able to attend, please cancel the appointment even if it is an hour before. 

The large sealing room at the Payson temple is available with prior notice.
