Ward and Branch Conferences
The ward and branch conferences of 2026 will seek to deepen the understanding and importance of covenants and the blessings of temple worship.

Sacrament Meeting
Ward/branch leadership will conduct, plan hymns, and arrange prayers.
The business of the conference will be conducted by the high councilor assigned to the unit.
The bishop will speak followed by President Joel Gardiner.
2nd Hour Meetings
Primary - Primary classes will be held as usual. The first 5-10 minutes of singing time should be reserved for a message from the Stake Primary Presidency.
Aaronic Priesthood Quorum and Young Women Classes - Youth classes will be held as usual. President Rob Nielson, the Stake Young Women and Young Men Presidencies will attend these classes. These leaders will share a message for the first 25-minutes of these classes. The regularly scheduled lesson should be offered for the remainder of the classes.
Elders Quorum - Elders quorum class will be held as usual. President Bryan Jacobson and the unit’s assigned high councilor will attend. The assigned high councilor will share a message for the first 25-minutes of the class. The regularly scheduled lesson should be offered for the remainder of the class.
Relief Society - Relief Society class will be held as usual. President Joel Gardiner and the Stake Relief Society Presidency will attend. The Stake Relief Society Presidency will share a message for the first 25-minutes of the class. The regularly scheduled lesson should be offered for the remainder of the class.
Leadership Meetings
Bishopric/Branch Presidency: The bishopric/branch presidency, ward clerk and all assistant ward clerks, executive secretary, and any assistant executive secretaries will meet at the stake offices the Tuesday prior to the conference at 7:00 pm. In the event there are 2 wards that have ward conference the same week, the stake will schedule meetings at 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
Relief Society Presidency: The Relief Society Presidency, to include the secretary, will meet at President Shawna Lunt’s Home (337 South 200 West in Nephi, UT, the Tuesday prior to the conference at 6:30 pm. In the event there are 2 wards that have ward conference the same week, one of the wards will meet on an alternate day the same week.
Young Women Presidency: The Young Women presidency, to include the secretary, will meet at the ward’s building in the room generally used for Young Women classes the Tuesday prior to the conference at 7:00 pm.
Priesthood Quorum Advisors/Specialists: Aaronic Priesthood Quorum Advisors and Specialists will meet at the ward's building in a room generally used for Aaronic Priesthood meetings the Tuesday prior to thh conference at 7:00 pm.
Sunday School Presidency: The Sunday School presidency, to include the secretary, will meet at the stake offices the Tuesday prior to the conference at 7:30 pm. Ward Sunday School Presidencies are asked to review “Teaching in the Savior’s Way” prior to the meeting.
